With over 32 years of work experience, Mr. Lataste is the current owner of American Know How, partner of Grupo Credichips and Industria Cangas, S.A., Consultant in many companies such as: TECHNOSERVE CONECTICUT (U.S.A.), TECNO-CONSULT, INTECSA, THERADO S.A., etc. Mr. Lataste is a guest faculty at the University of Panama and Santa María La Antigua University where he teaches in programs such as: Management, Economic Engineering, Project Assessment, Vegetal Physiology. Mr. Lataste is a former Manager of the Exporting Complex of frozen and perishable goods, post harvest management at Enafri Enterprises, Ltd., Chile

Agricultural Engineer with emphasis in Economy (Catholic University of Chile), Master’s Degree in Economic Engineering (Santa  Maria La Antigua Catholic University) and Specialization in Finance (Florida International University).

It has 33 years of labor experience. At the moment, Director of Finances in the Authority of the Panama Canal and President of the Board of directors of stock-market of Values of Panama and member of the Board of directors of AMCHAM. He has carried out diverse positions such as: Manager of Finances in Cable & Wireless, Manager of Administration and Finances of National Brewery. It was member of the Renter Board of directors of Central American, Packages of Istmo, Servicios Los.angeles, S.A..

Mr. Barrios holds is an Electric Engineer with Master’s Degrees in Electric Engineering (Georgia Institute of Technology) and Operations Research (California University), as well as a Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Finances (MIT).
